Our Simple Process
- Fill out our order form online subit your order and follow the easy instructioons. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have as we are here to help.
- Pack and ship us your videos any way you want. We highly recommend using UPS or Fed Ex. We also highly recommend getting a tracking number, signature confirmation, and/or insurance from your preffered carrier.
- As soon as we receive your videos/film/pictures, we send you a confirmation email letting you that your order was received. This email will also give an inventory of the contents of your parcel along with an estimated day of return.
- When your transfers are complete, we will send you an email letting you know of any additional costs that may occur*. We then proceed with billing.
- Finally, we email your invoice and also list a tracking number so you can check on the status of your package. We then ship your order back to you via UPS**.
*Example: A tape runs over 2 hours and we charge an additional cost.
** We ship your package based on the shipping option you specify in your online order. If you did not request a specific shipping option, we will mail your package back UPS Ground 3-5 Day.
