Our Process
Please call us at any time if you have questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your media. We are very cautious in every step of our process as to not damage or lose any media.
- Fill out our order form online and submit it through our website.
Be sure to print a copy of the order form to include in your package.
- Pack up your videos in a secure package.
Include a printed version of your order form with any additional instructions you may have.
Be sure to provide your email address or phone number so we can contact you regarding your order.
- Shipping Suggestions: We highly recommend using UPS, or FedEx.
We also highly recommend getting a tracking number, signature confirmation, and/or insurance from your preferred carrier.
- As soon as we receive your videos/film/pictures, we send you a confirmation email letting you know that your order was received.
This email will also give an inventory of the contents of your parcel along with an estimated day of return.
If the price estimate created online does not match the actual contents of the order, we will contact you with an updated price and await your permission before we continue with your order.
- Once your order is complete we will provide a final invoice and process your payment.
All orders are generally completed within 2-5 business days upon receipt of your order at our facility.
We email your receipt and also list a tracking number so you can check on the status of your package.
We then ship your order back to you via UPS*.
* We offer standard UPS ground shipping at $8.49 per package. If you need your package sooner, we can upgrade you to 2-day air or next day air at an additional cost. Call us for inquiries.
