Credit Card and Secure Payment Information ONLINE
When ordering online through www.FamilyMemoriestoDVD.com, a credit card is necessary to secure all transactions. All information pertaining to credit card information, including but not limited to credit card provider, number, expiration date, CIDD, and all other aspects of your credit information are immediately placed in a secure, encrypted database which makes your credit card information hidden to all who utilize the database. VIPDS/FamMem does not use your credit information for any purpose besides finalizing online and off-line transactions.
Credit Card and Secure Payment Information OFFLINE
When completing your order form offline (printing the order form instead of emailing it directly to FamMem), we require credit card information to be written in the designated area. VIPDS/FamMem recommends all credit card information to be completed online. However, in cases where order forms are written out and mailed, VIPDS/FamMem takes precautions to ensure proper use of credit card information. This includes, but is not limited to, immediately placing credit card information into our secure and encrypted database and destroying the order form in which it was written. Additional precautions may include verifying any information received by VIPDS/FamMem that contains ambiguities or possible fraudulent information.
